Test Printing 2

The First test print came through today, I have used the new 240 Matt Plus paper which is photo quality.

First things noticed from the print is that the colours a amazingly vibrant, a perfect match with what is on the calibrated machine I am working on. Also - the white balance for each picture does match the other images. Since I have been working on images on their own it has been difficult to match up the colour balance etc so printing strips in this way has proven really effective and I am please that I caught this before working further into the images.

I have corrected the white balance for the images using the curves tool, using both the white and grey picker depending on the image.

Here is a screen grab of the first strips:

 

Now compare with the new strips, white balanced etc. The strips are not aligned but I have tried to include variations of colour in each image.

This has now been sent to print again.
